Debbie Noe joined CRG Lee Hecht Harrison as our Job Market and Human Resources Consultant effective January 10, 2005.  Debbie brings significant experience to this role from more than ten years in human resources, job development, total compensation, career management, and employee relations.

As Job Market Consultant, Debbie will develop an in-depth knowledge of local job markets including an extensive network of employers, hiring managers, recruiters, search professionals, and employment agencies in the staffing industry.  Her primary role is to gather intelligence from hiring managers and network resources to enable employers to post open positions and search for candidates to fill them and bring potential opportunities to our career transition clients. Additionally, Debbie will coach groups in career transition seminars and provide general HR consulting to both public and private organizations.

With the help of our Job Market Consultants around the country and our Global network of resources through Lee Hecht Harrison, our clients can successfully uncover leads and make important connections. Our resources provide our clients in transition with easy access to employer information, including current openings and targeted contacts – giving them a clear career search advantage and further differentiating CRG Lee Hecht Harrison from other firms in this market.
