Senior Consultant and Job Market Consultant

Debbie Noe brings to Career Resources Group’s clients and customers more than ten years of business and human resources experience in career management, job development, total compensation, and employee and labor relations.  As a Consultant for CRG Lee Hecht Harrison, Debbie partners with local recruiters and hiring managers to provide free Internet-based recruiting resources to connect them with a talented pool of job seekers currently engaged in career transition services.  In addition, she provides recruiters and hiring mangers integrated tools and resources to expand their hiring network and promote job opportunities within their organizations.  Debbie facilitates career transition workshops and provides general HR consulting to public, nonprofit and private organizations.

Debbie began her human resources career as a Human Resources Analyst for Broward County Government in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she served as supporting analyst to the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources and provided analyst support to the Labor Relations Manager.  She also served as primary coordinator for the placement of more than 100 employees whose positions were identified for elimination

Moving back to Des Moines in 2000, Debbie joined the Principal Financial Group as a Total Compensation Analyst where she advised managers and HR Generalists on compensation issues to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity and compliance with wage and salary laws and regulations.

More recently she was a Job Developer for Easter Seals where she assisted a diverse base of clients cross barriers to employment.  She generated job placement opportunities for her clients by networking and building partnerships with area businesses and organizations.  She worked with her clients to establish job placement goals, develop resumes, enhance interviewing skills, and identify market trends, and job development opportunities.

Debbie earned her Master’s of Public Administration  degree with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from Drake University and holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in German and Political Science from Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa

Debbie is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is an active member of the National and Central Iowa Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM & CISHRM).  She has led workplace diversity efforts as the Diversity Director for the Iowa Society for Human Resource Management (IASHRM) and as the Diversity Committee Chair for CISHRM.
