Bill Puetz brings more than 30 years of "practical, hands-on" human resource, training, operations, and change management experience to CRG Lee Hecht Harrison. 

He has led manufacturing operations with full P & L responsibility and managed in the human resource field since 1970.  His responsibilities included managing human resource departments supporting more than 7,000 employees in multiple locations throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.  From 1974 through 1996, Bill worked for Vishay/Dale Electronics serving as Corporate Personnel Manager, Product Manager for Thin Film Resistor Operations, and Director of Human Resources and Training for North America.  From 1997 to 1998, he served as Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Coleman Powermate.  Bill has spent more than 5 years consulting in the HR field, conducting management training and recruiting professional, managerial, and technical employees.
