 Partner Richard L. Reasons is co-owner of CRG Lee Hecht Harrison, West Des Moines, Iowa. The firm focuses on helping its customers effectively manage change and achieve greater business results through improvements in organizational effectiveness.
Dick is a leader with more than 25 years of executive level experience managing both functions and organizations ranging from a human resource department to president and CEO of a biotech joint venture. He has significant international management experience living and working for more than ten years in Japan, Europe, and Canada.
Prior to joining CRG Lee Hecht Harrison in March of 2003, he demonstrated results in business expansion and extension, new market and product development, joint ventures/startups, change management, and productivity improvement. Reasons is known for his customer focused, results oriented approach to the design and implementation of cross-functional, market-driven strategies and tactics that improve revenues, profits, and ultimately relative competitive advantage.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Dick holds both a Master and Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Executive Development Course at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois and is Lee Hecht Harrison certified to utilize the Leadership Effective Analysis™, Strategic Leadership Practices™, and Personal Directions®.
