Senior Consultant

Deb Welke is a career management consultant with over 15 years of experience in coaching professionals in transition.  With expertise in job search marketing, career development, team building and strategic planning, she has coached over 3000 professionals in transition worldwide since 1995. 

Prior to moving to Iowa in 2006, Deb was the Director of Professional Services/Senior Consultant for the Washington DC office of Lee Hecht Harrison and consulted to some of the nation’s top performers in Fortune 500 companies, the federal government, and non-profit/associations.  Deb lived and worked for 6 years in Melbourne, Australia, and as Senior Consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison, coached executives throughout the Pacific Rim on leadership and career strategies.  In addition, Deb was a consultant with Australia’s premier career management firm. 

As the President of TalentRight, a career management consultancy, Deb works with individuals and organizations to design and manage careers for increased performance and satisfaction. 

Deb earned a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Minnesota.  She is a Graduate of Coach U and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
