Bob Wigger is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years experience in career management, employee counseling, human resources management, and managing change through reorganizations and downsizings. His industry experience includes manufacturing, engineering, hi-tech, and banking. Bob previously served as senior vice president and director of human resources for NationsBank - Iowa (now Bank of America), where he was credited with developing the HR function into a highly respected and proactive business partner. Prior to NationsBank, he was part of the corporate human resources function for Boatmen's Bank and human resource manager for a division of Emerson Electric. Bob earned his MA in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis, and has a BA in Communications from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and The International Association of Career Management Professionals.
